You do not need an appointment. Call into the Hall Street workshop during opening hours, or choose a slot below for priority drop-off when you arrive.
Booking a drop-off slot doesn't mean your device will be ready the same-day. However, common faults like PlayStation or Xbox HDMI port repairs can be completed the same-day. We will diagnose your device and call you with a turnaround time after drop-off.

Whether you have booked a slot or you are just walking in, bring the device, the power supply if you have it, and any details about the fault that might help us. If you booked online, no need to print anything - just turn up. Message us if you need to cancel or move your slot.
