My name is Steven I brought my son's ps5 in Saturday just gone as it kept turning off after an hour. I've spent £100s of pounds trying to get it fixed and then found deans and hes worked wonders and is a absolute genius!. It does not turn off and it does not over heat and is now silent. Excellent service provided. Very professional. My sons ps5 had shut its self down through over heating and wouldn't turn back on did some research and found D.E.A.N.S in offerton with remarkable reviews so I thought I'd ring and ask for help. The job was done swiftly and professional as it had been explained my son is autistic and the console is a important part in his life it was back to me the day after contact was made through out the process telling me what was wrong ie full of dust and needed a service.
