Service Availability Update

Please note that we specialize exclusively in Windows Desktop and Tower PCs. We do not offer the following:

  • Apple Products: No MacBook, iMac, or Mac repairs.
  • Laptops: We do not currently offer laptop-specific repairs (TOUCH screens & batteries).
  • Liquid Cooling: No maintenance or refills for custom loop systems.

Diagnostic Fees

  • Standard Desktop PCs: Free Diagnosis.
  • Gaming PCs: £20 Diagnostic Fee.
    • Note: This fee only applies if you choose not to proceed with the repair. If you go ahead with the service, the fee is waived.

Custom PC Builds

Whether you need a gaming powerhouse, a professional workstation, or a budget-friendly home PC, we build systems designed for performance, cooling, and reliability.

Professional Build Service – £100 If you purchase the components yourself, we provide a professional assembly service for a flat fee of £100. This includes:

  • Full assembly and premium cable management.
  • BIOS setup, updates, and driver installation.
  • Windows installation (Note: Does not include activation key).

Full Custom Build Pricing Guide

  • Entry-Level Systems: From £700
  • Mid-Range Gaming/Workstation: £1,000 – £1,500
  • High-End Professional Builds: £1,500+

Do you repair Apple products? No. We currently work on Windows desktop systems only.

Do you repair gaming PCs? Yes. We specialize in high-performance systems, custom builds, and major gaming brands.

Can I bring my own parts for a build? Yes. We can professionally assemble and stress-test a system using components you have supplied.

Is there a warranty? Yes. Repairs include a 6–12 month warranty. Custom builds carry full manufacturer warranties on all individual components.
