What can I say? Dean was helpful from the outset – gave him a call, described my issue, and some specific requirements.
I had to post the console as I’m nowhere near local, but it was only gone a week. As a bonus, he not only repaired it, he replaced all the missing screws that the last guy had left out after failing to fix it.
I really should have gone to Dean first – excellent service, kept me updated throughout by text and phone, and more that reasonably priced.
I hope I never need his services again, but if I do I won’t be messing about with anyone else.
