Warranty length depends on the repair type, fitted parts and condition of the device. Warranty details are confirmed before the repair goes ahead.

Warranty does not cover new damage, liquid damage, misuse, unrelated faults, software issues, or devices opened or repaired elsewhere after collection.

Warranty log kept

A repair record can be logged with customer details, device, fault, repair date and warranty period for easier aftercare.

Repair test record

Devices are checked before collection so the repair can be handed back with confidence.
