You do not need an appointment. Call into the Hall Street workshop during opening hours, or choose a slot below for priority drop-off when you arrive.
Booking a drop-off slot doesn't mean your device will be ready the same-day. However, common faults like PlayStation or Xbox HDMI port repairs can be completed the same-day. We will diagnose your device and call you with a turnaround time after drop-off.

Whether you have booked a slot or you are just walking in, bring the console only for console repairs. For Nintendo Switch no-power repairs, bring your console and charger. For other devices, check the instructions above. If you booked online, no need to print anything - just turn up. Message us if you need to cancel or move your slot.
