Warranty does not cover new damage, liquid damage, misuse, unrelated faults, software issues, or devices opened or repaired elsewhere after collection.

Yes. Mail-in repairs are supported. Pack the item carefully, include your contact details and fault description, then send it to the Hall Street workshop.
