You know that noise? The one usually preceded by a groan (or even worse an expletive)… the thud of feet on the bedroom floor as the gaming obsessed teen identifies the gaming box is no longer gaming … The grunt, mumbled sentences (usually accompanied by a screwed up face and/or rolling eyes) … it’s usually your fault that the gaming box has broken, and if it isn’t, it’s certainly not theirs. And you know, you have the sinking feeling to the pit of your stomach. You know, that the weekend will be devoid of joy, and populated by teenage angst and general mopeyness. HELP IS AT HAND! Deans in Hallam Mill responded to my parental cry for help at 9pm last night. At 11am this morning, following a drop off at his workshop an hour previous, the gaming box is once again functional! Thank the Lord for Dean. I feel like the world can continue, the end is indeed, not nigh and we can all breathe a huge sigh of relief. (And he was cheap and dead friendly too - thanks Dean)

Fantastic service on our little boy's PS5 where it had fallen from the bed and the HDMI port was bent... Dropped it off on Sunday around 12pm and he had called me to collect it by 5.30pm. £60. Was given invoice and 6 month warranty for the repair. Can't recommend highly enough.

Fixed and serviced my lads PS4 (sounded like a hairdryer when switched on). Dropped it off at just after 4pm on a Thursday and it was done before 5pm. £30 and it works perfectly (and silently!) and any work done has a 6 month warranty. Highly recommend. Would rather use this guy than go to PC World or similar. 👍👍👍👍👍
